Delivery

Delivery is available within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the member states of the European Union, and other countries according to the available shipping options.

Deliveries within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are generally carried out by Swiss Post or its logistics partners. Deliveries to member states of the European Union are generally carried out by DHL Germany or its logistics partners.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after receipt of payment or order confirmation.

Items available in stock are generally dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. If an item is not in stock, the delivery period indicated on the respective product page shall apply.

All delivery times are approximate. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, transport disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and are shown before the order is finalized.

For deliveries within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and other non-EU countries, the current shipping rates of Swiss Post or its logistics partners apply.

For deliveries to member states of the European Union, the current shipping rates of DHL Germany or its logistics partners apply.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

BeautySana reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier. Transport insurance is provided only upon the customer's explicit request and at the customer's expense.

Uncollected, refused, or returned shipments due to incorrect address details may be charged to the customer for the actual return shipping, customs, and administrative costs incurred.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and any visible transport damage.

Any visible transport damage should be reported as soon as possible to the responsible carrier. Please also inform BeautySana of any damage discovered.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable legal warranty rights.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone.

Consumers residing in member states of the European Union are entitled to the applicable statutory consumer rights, including the legal right of withdrawal.

For customers residing in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the return and exchange conditions published on this website shall apply.

The following items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, return, or exchange:

• opened or used hygiene products
• personalized or custom-made products
• perishable goods and food products
• sealed audio, video, or data media once the seal has been removed
• other items excluded from withdrawal or return rights under applicable law

Returns must be made in accordance with the return instructions provided by BeautySana. Goods must be returned complete, carefully packaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund or exchange may be issued in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the published return policy.
