1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded between BeautySana and its customers through the online shop.
By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.
The version of the GTC published on the website at the time the order is placed shall apply.
2. Customer Account and Registration
Orders may only be placed by registered customers.
The information provided during registration must be complete and accurate. Customers are required to update any changes to their personal information in their customer account without undue delay.
The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and protecting them from access by third parties.
3. Product Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract shall only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by BeautySana or upon dispatch of the ordered goods.
BeautySana reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Shipping costs, special services, or additional fees will be shown separately before the order is completed.
Price changes and errors remain reserved.
5. Payment Terms
The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during the ordering process.
Payment must be made in accordance with the selected payment method.
BeautySana reserves the right to restrict or exclude individual payment methods for certain orders or countries.
The goods supplied shall remain the property of BeautySana until full payment has been received.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is available within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the member states of the European Union, and other countries according to the available shipping options.
Delivery times are indicative only. Delays caused by force majeure, transport disruptions, customs clearance, or official or governmental measures shall not give rise to any claim for damages.

7. Inspection of Goods
The customer is required to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt for completeness and any visible defects.
Obvious transport damage or incorrect deliveries should be reported to BeautySana as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights shall apply.
The warranty does not cover damage caused in particular by improper use, normal wear and tear, improper storage, modifications to the product, or external influences.
In the event of justified defects, BeautySana shall, at its discretion, decide whether to provide a replacement, remedy the defect, or refund the purchase price.
9. Liability
BeautySana shall only be liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data is excluded.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For consumers residing in member states of the European Union, the applicable statutory consumer rights shall apply, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal.
For customers from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the return and exchange conditions published on the website shall apply.
The right of withdrawal, return, or exchange may, in particular, be excluded for:
- opened or used hygiene products
- personalised or individually manufactured products
- perishable goods and foodstuffs
- opened audio, video, or data carriers
- other items excluded by law
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations.

12. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be at the registered office of BeautySana.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence shall remain unaffected.
13. Language Versions
The German version of these General Terms and Conditions shall be the legally authoritative and binding version.
Translations into other languages are provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancies, contradictions, or differences in interpretation, the German version shall prevail exclusively.
