Shipping, costs and delivery time
How to ship?
The delivery takes place within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein and in the non-EU countries with the Swiss Post or its partners, in the EU countries with DHL Germany.

Your order will of course be processed immediately upon receipt. The delivery of your order will be made within 3 to 4 working days, depending on whether the goods are available in stock. Otherwise, the delivery time indicated on the item applies.
Shipping?
The shipping costs within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein as well as non-EU countries are calculated according to the current rates of Swiss Post. For orders to EU countries, we charge a one-time shipping fee of CHF 12.00. The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT.
The choice of delivery method or means of transport lies with the BeautySana. Goods are only insured at the express request and at the expense of the customer. Shipping is at the risk of the buyer / purchaser.
For not collected cash on delivery or registered packages the purchaser / orderer will be charged a turnover fee of CHF 50.00.
Important NOTE
Despite all care, it may come in the case of damage to the transport. In this case, we will of course refund you the damaged items for free.
Please note, however, the following procedure:
Transport damage must be complained to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. They will then inform BeautySana about any transport damage. If you want to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail or telephone.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT from our warehouse in St. Gallen. Transport, insurance and packaging are charged to the customer.
Return
With the exception of the items listed below, all items may be exchanged or returned within 5 days of receipt in unopened and undamaged original packaging, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Excluded from the right of return and exchange:
used articles, articles with personal marks, hygiene articles, underwear, food as well as books, clay and picture carrier, if they are not welded.
In the case of the right of revocation or return you are obliged to return the goods immediately to us. The return is at your expense. Please send the goods back with the enclosed goods receipt in their original packaging. After the 5-day cancellation or return period, the purchase is automatically effective.
Terms of payment
The payment methods accepted are PostFinance, MasterCard and Visa. Customers who have the status "regular customer RG" may also order on invoice.
Due date of payment is on delivery on account, unless otherwise noted, within 10 days net after invoice date without discount deductions.
Unjustified deductions will be charged.
It is inadmissible to charge, reduce or withhold payments for complaints, claims or any claims not recognized by us.
Expired invoices are debited from the due date with a default interest of 8%. The payment of default interest does not waive the obligation to pay in accordance with the contract.
Default of payment entitles us to immediately suspend any outstanding further deliveries or partial deliveries and, in addition to the sum owed, to demand interest and damages (also for the delivery).
Retention of title / Intellectual property
The goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment. BeautySana is authorized to have a corresponding entry in the property reservation register.
Guarantee
Excluded from the guarantee are transport damage, damage due to improper handling, natural wear and force majeure. The customer has no claim to any services other than the replacement of materials. The warranty claims of the customer are limited to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty to BeautySana.
Applicable law, place of performance and place of jurisdiction
Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law. Jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is St. Gallen (Switzerland).
